Graceful Beauty, clear eyes and a ready smile make Isabella, 29, a real threat to the men of New York. Strong political views, a cunning intellect, and a knack for public speaking make her a threat to the Soviets.

Isabella Angelina was born in the United States. Prior to the invasion by the Soviet Union in 2003, Isabella graduated in Ethnography and completed her thesis on Inuit people. Her studies took to Canada, Greenland and the Artic Soviet Union. No one knows what happened there but when Angelina came back from the USSR, she began her political activism from her apartment in New York City. When she created her anti-communist group, the numbers were relatively small. (Mostly because of the fact that Isabella supported the idea of fighting the Soviets not just by words) However, after the Soviet-backed Mexican coup in 1996 and the harsh repression that followed, the number of members grew as the fear of the communist invasion was growing larger. As she held strongly anti-Soviet views and was the face of the "Warning Against Reds!" or WAR campaign in the United States, the Soviets blacklisted her as they saw her as a threat that could rally a lot of people against. Despite the fact even during the war, the majority of the American populace to wich it also includes Christopher Stone dismissed the warnings of WAR, even after a Soviet takeover of all of South and Central America, thinking that the Soviets would never even think to invade the United States. Isabella and the Warning Against Reds movement were proven correct in their beliefs about the threat posed by the Soviet Union when the Red Army invades North America.
Isabella's well-publicized activism against the Soviet Union made her a wanted woman; (It got to the point that the KGB put her on the top 10 list of the USSR's Most Wanted Terrorists) she narrowly escaped her capture on the day of the invasion of New York City. So important was she to the Soviets that General Vasilij Tatarin led a team of Soviet troops to capture her personally and when she managed to get away, a bounty of $10,000,000 was placed on her head. Isabella was eventually captured by the Soviets but before the Russians could gain any information from her, she was freed by Chris Stone. She contributed greatly to motivating the Manhattan Resistance and getting it organized, introducing Chris to his new profession: Freedom Fighter. Isabella, like Mr. Jones, is a planner and strategist- field missions and most of all, she'll go as far as to fight for the death in order to free New York from communist tyranny.
By becoming a prominent leader in the Manhattan Resistance, she plays a key role in its liberation from the Soviets. Mostly everyone will say that she's the brain of the group.
However, her luck ran out once Mr. Jones reveals himself as KGB officer Colonel Mikael Bulba. As the Soviet forces sweep the main Resistance base in the sewers, Isabella Angelina is captured a second time. Even so, she still refuses to bid to the Soviets demands as she'd rather die than betray whatever elements of the resistance are left in the city. This, luckily, gives time for Chris, Bagz, and The Kid to counterattack against the Soviets. After taking the SAFN Studios, Chris gives a speech that spurs up an armed rebellion in America and Canada too.
Then, when Resistance forces assaulted Governors Island and specifically the historic harbor fortress Fort Jay, where Isabella was being held, Chris Stone and a team of Resistance fighters were able to free her. From there, she will fight alongside Chris and the rebels to free Fort Jay from the remaining Soviet soldiers who put up a desperate resistance.
Chris Stone and Isabella Angelina share an active relationship by the end of the game.
